# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large, clean bowl, use an electric mixer to beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar while beating, continuing until stiff, glossy peaks develop.
03 - In a separate mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
04 - Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, taking care not to deflate the batter.
05 - Divide the batter evenly into separate bowls for each desired color. Add a few drops of gel food coloring to each and gently fold until the color is incorporated.
06 - With a spatula, spoon colorful dollops onto the prepared baking sheet side by side to create a rainbow effect. Swirl gently for a marbled appearance if preferred.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
