01 - 9 oz dried short pasta, such as rigatoni, penne, or farfalle
→ Seasoning
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
→ Cheese (optional)
10 - 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

03 - Place cooked pasta in a large bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until pasta is well coated with the seasoning mixture.
04 - Spread seasoned pasta in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese if desired.
05 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning the pasta halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Allow the pasta chips to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy plain or paired with your favorite dip.
