# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a nonstick doughnut pan.
02 - Whisk together flour, protein powder, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
03 - Beat eggs in a medium bowl, then add Greek yogurt, applesauce, milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
04 - Add wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir gently just until combined. Avoid overmixing.
05 - Carefully fold in the mixed berries.
06 - Spoon batter into the prepared doughnut pan, filling each cavity about three-quarters full.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a doughnut comes out clean.
08 - Allow doughnuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
